2. Event Fee Refunds
In cases where you have registered for an event or program with a participation fee, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Event Cancellation: If SusLabs Foundation cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
- Participant Cancellation: If you cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event date or otherwise as specified in event promotion material. After this period, refunds will not be issued unless in cases of emergencies.
