1. Donation Refunds

Donations made to SusLabs Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen, and we strive to address any concerns promptly and fairly. Refunds for donations may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Donation: If you accidentally donate twice, we will gladly refund the duplicate amount.
  • Incorrect Donation Amount: If a mistake was made in the donation amount, you may request an adjustment and refund of the difference.
  • Technical Error: If a donation was made due to a technical issue on our website, you may request a refund.

2. Event Fee Refunds

In cases where you have registered for an event or program with a participation fee, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Event Cancellation: If SusLabs Foundation cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Participant Cancellation: If you cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event date or otherwise as specified in event promotion material. After this period, refunds will not be issued unless in cases of emergencies.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Funds Already Allocated: Donations or event fees that have already been allocated to ongoing projects or activities.
